Please note, this product is made to order and is non-returnable / refundable
We have a 7 day return policy on items eligible for a return* , which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We do recommend sending any items back using a tracked service, as PrintPeel&Stick will not be held responsible for any returns that get lost in the mail.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with photographs if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
*Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, which includes all vehicle graphics and gel badges, as these are made to order. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Upload Multiple Photographs
Ordering multiple photographs couldn't be easier!
Our built-in artwork uploader allows you to upload multiple different images within a single order, with the flexibility to choose how many copies you would like of each photograph.
For example, if ordering 20 prints, you could upload:

You can also mix portrait and landscape photographs within the same order, giving you complete flexibility.

Artwork & Image Requirements
For the best possible print quality, we recommend the following:

Recommended Resolution: 300 DPI for optimal photographic results.

Recommended Image Size: 3600 x 5400 pixels or higher.

Accepted Formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG or PDF.

Colour Format: RGB images are suitable for uploading.

Image Ratio: 2:3 aspect ratio for 12x18 inch printing.

Orientation: Both portrait and landscape images are accepted.
Image Cropping & Sizing
All photographs are printed at a finished size of 12 x 18 inches (304.8 x 457.2mm).
To completely fill the photographic paper without leaving white borders, your image should ideally have a 2:3 aspect ratio.
If your uploaded photograph has a different aspect ratio (such as the common 4:3 or 4:5 formats used by cameras and smartphones), some cropping may be required to fit the print size.
Please note:

Images will be cropped where necessary to fill the entire 12x18 inch print.

Cropping may remove portions from the edges of your original photograph.
-
We recommend keeping important subjects, faces, text and other details away from the edges.
-
Images with the correct 2:3 aspect ratio should not require additional cropping to fit the paper.
Important: Please check your photographs before uploading. We cannot guarantee that all details at the edges of an image will be retained when cropping is required.
Portrait & Landscape Orientation
We accept photographs in both portrait (vertical) and landscape (horizontal) orientations.

Portrait: 12 inches wide x 18 inches high – ideal for portraits, people and vertical compositions.

Landscape: 18 inches wide x 12 inches high – ideal for scenery, group photographs, landscapes and horizontal compositions.
Your photographs will be printed in the orientation in which they are uploaded, so there is no need to rotate landscape images into portrait format or vice versa.
You can also mix portrait and landscape photographs within the same order, including different images and individual quantities.
Image Quality
For the sharpest results, we recommend uploading original, high-resolution photographs wherever possible.
As 12x18 inch prints are considerably larger than standard photographic prints, image quality and resolution are particularly important.
Low-resolution images, screenshots or photographs downloaded from social media may appear pixelated or blurry when enlarged to this size.
For optimum results, please upload the highest-quality version of your photograph available.
