Returns must be authorised before being sent. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
International Orders & Customs Fees
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges or is otherwise rejected by the recipient:

The order will be returned to us (if possible)

Any return shipping costs, customs charges, or courier fees incurred will be deducted from your refund

If the item is not returned to us, we are unable to issue a refund

Damages and Issues

Exchanges
