Delivery Information
At PrintPeel&Stick Limited, we are committed to delivering your order as efficiently and securely as possible. We use a range of trusted postal and courier services to suit different delivery needs, including Royal Mail Tracked 24, Royal Mail Tracked 48, Royal Mail 24 (1st Class), Royal Mail 48 (2nd Class), and courier services such as FedEx, DPD, DHL, and UPS. Delivery estimated transit times are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed. While most deliveries arrive within the expected timeframe, delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, adverse weather conditions, peak seasonal demand, or operational disruptions within the courier network.
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the selected courier service. Tracking information will be provided where available, allowing customers to monitor the progress of their shipment. Please note that delays caused by courier services do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund of postage costs. We strongly recommend selecting a tracked service for higher-value orders to ensure greater visibility and security during transit.
We proudly ship internationally to many destinations worldwide. International customers should be aware that customs duties, local VAT, import taxes, and handling fees are not included in our product prices or shipping charges. These fees are determined by the destination country’s customs authority and must be paid by the recipient before delivery can be completed. Failure to pay these charges may result in delays, parcels being held by customs, or returned shipments, for which PrintPeel&Stick Limited cannot be held responsible.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all delivery details provided at checkout are complete and accurate, including the recipient’s name, delivery address, and contact information. Incorrect or incomplete details may result in delayed delivery, non-delivery, or returned items. If a parcel is returned to us or requires reshipping due to incorrect information provided by the customer, any additional postage or courier charges will be payable by the customer before the order can be resent.
