Shipping policy

 

At PrintPeel&Stick, we understand the importance of tracking your order and ensuring its safe and timely delivery. That's why we provide you with all the necessary information to track your package and make sure it reaches you without any hassle.

Domestic Orders - usually shipped using a Tracked 24 Service.

For majority of our items, we use Royal Mail as our trusted shipping partner. If your order is eligible for tracking, you will receive a notification of despatch email that includes a tracking number. This tracking number allows you to easily check the status of your order.

Please make sure to use the tracking number provided to stay updated on the whereabouts of your package. In the event that a delivery is missed, you can visit www.royalmail.com to arrange collection or re-arrange delivery.

It's important to note that Royal Mail holds non-collected items for a period of 7-14 days before returning them to the sender. Therefore, it's crucial to stay informed and take necessary action if needed.

Other couriers we use are Parcelforce, DPD, Evri, DHL and Fedex. You will receive information on which service has your order when you received your dispatch email. These courier service are mainly used for larger bulk orders and business print. 

Please double-check your address to ensure its accuracy. In the event that your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the postage cost will need to be paid again by the customer.


International Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer international shipping to customers worldwide. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Fees & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local postal services. Please note that any estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Refusal of Customs Charges
If a customer refuses to pay customs duties or import fees and the shipment is returned to us, the following will apply:

  • Once the returned item is received by us, a refund will be issued for the value of the item(s).

  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded, as these have already been processed and paid to the carrier.

Returned Shipments
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges incurred due to customs clearance processes. If a shipment is returned due to refusal, failed delivery attempts, or incorrect address details provided by the customer, the same refund policy applies as stated above.

Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct and to be aware of any customs regulations or fees applicable in their country before placing an order.
