We use high-quality Canon IJM261F Instant Dry Photo Paper Gloss (260gsm) to ensure exceptional photographic results.

Upload Multiple Photographs

Ordering multiple photographs couldn't be easier!

Our built-in artwork uploader allows you to upload multiple different images within a single order, with the flexibility to choose how many copies you would like of each photograph.

For example, if ordering 20 prints, you could upload:

• 10 copies of Photograph A

• 5 copies of Photograph B

• 3 copies of Photograph C

• 2 copies of Photograph D

You can also mix portrait and landscape photographs within the same order, giving you complete flexibility.

Simply ensure the combined quantities of your uploaded photographs match the total quantity purchased.

Artwork & Image Requirements

For the best possible print quality, we recommend the following:

• Recommended Resolution: 300 DPI for optimal photographic results.

• Recommended Image Size: 2400 x 3000 pixels or higher.

• Accepted Formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG or PDF.

• Colour Format: RGB images are suitable for uploading.

• Image Ratio: 4:5 aspect ratio for 8x10 inch printing.

• Orientation: Both portrait and landscape images are accepted.

Image Cropping & Sizing

All photographs are printed at a finished size of 8 x 10 inches (203.2 x 254mm).

To completely fill the photographic paper without leaving white borders, your image should ideally have a 4:5 aspect ratio.

If your uploaded photograph has a different aspect ratio (such as the common 4:3 or 3:2 formats used by cameras and smartphones), some cropping may be required to fit the print size.

Please note:

• Images will be cropped where necessary to fill the entire 8x10 inch print.

• Cropping may remove portions from the edges of your original photograph.

• We recommend keeping important subjects, faces, text and other details away from the edges.

• Images with the correct 4:5 aspect ratio should not require additional cropping to fit the paper.

Important: Please check your photographs before uploading. We cannot guarantee that all details at the edges of an image will be retained when cropping is required.

Portrait & Landscape Orientation

We accept photographs in both portrait (vertical) and landscape (horizontal) orientations.

• Portrait: 8 inches wide x 10 inches high – ideal for portraits, people and vertical compositions.

• Landscape: 10 inches wide x 8 inches high – ideal for scenery, group photographs and horizontal compositions.

Your photographs will be printed in the orientation in which they are uploaded, so there is no need to rotate landscape images into portrait format or vice versa.

You can also mix portrait and landscape photographs within the same order, including different images and individual quantities.

Image Quality

For the sharpest results, we recommend uploading original, high-resolution photographs wherever possible.

Low-resolution images, screenshots or photographs downloaded from social media may appear pixelated or blurry when printed.

For optimum results, please upload the highest-quality version of your photograph available.
